I aim to create an environment to aid in navigating various issues. I use a collaborative approach to hold space for self-reflection, clarity in exploring cultural and personal values, and increase self-love. Utilizing small and meaningful changes that are measurable, we'll work toward uplifting and improving mood. Being human is complex, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. As a Woman of Color, I have learned that to support my Chinese Mexican children, my lens has to acknowledge the systems and structures that impact families during life's journey. I enjoy seeing my clients stay true to the richness of their cultures and honor their values despite the messages received from the dominant culture and thrive.

Transitioning to parenthood is life-changing. The daily demands of parenting can leave us feeling imbalanced. Therapy provides an excellent opportunity for self-reflection that can lead to growth & create a time to heal your inner child. Other common focus areas include reflective parenting, managing expectations, limits, and boundary setting, and repairing within the parent-child relationship.
